We are based in the Los Angeles, California area, however, some products may still ship from various locations within the US.

Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you?

In the cases where this occurs before anything is shipped, yes. Otherwise, each case is specific to the circumstances and must be considered case by case.

To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

Provided that the product is in stock, we can ship to any location accessible by conventional mail/delivery services. Depending on location, shipment times and prices may vary.
